Sunshine on the sea
Long days on deck, warm water below and nowhere you need to be. Swim, sunbathe, or simply watch the coastline drift past. This is the ideal location for you to "tell us about yourself".
No experience needed
Never set foot on a boat? Perfect. Our professional skippers, hosts and connectors handle everything, so you don't need any experience to join, just an open mind and a willingness to get involved. There's plenty of chance to learn the ropes and pick up something new along the way.

Next summer we're back on the water, tracing the coastlines of Croatia and Greece. Seven days, a 40ft yacht, and a crew you haven't met yet. Register your interest and be first through the door when bookings open.
Accommodation
Six nights aboard a 40ft yacht, with a professional skipper handling everything that looks complicated. You just bring yourself, a sense of adventure, and maybe a hat.

What's included?
The yacht, the skipper, the hosts, and all the hard work taken care of. All you have to do is show up.
I came on the sail trip needing to switch off. Running a start-up is hugely rewarding, but it can be quite stressful, and I wanted a week with like-minded people that wasn't about work. What I didn't expect was to leave with genuine friends, and two people I ended up hiring. That's the thing about ctrl.alt connect: you're surrounded by brilliant, ambitious people, and the connections just happen. I've now done ski and sail, and I'll keep coming back again, and again!
