Sunshine on the sea

Long days on deck, warm water below and nowhere you need to be. Swim, sunbathe, or simply watch the coastline drift past. This is the ideal location for you to "tell us about yourself".

I came on the sail trip needing to switch off. Running a start-up is hugely rewarding, but it can be quite stressful, and I wanted a week with like-minded people that wasn't about work. What I didn't expect was to leave with genuine friends, and two people I ended up hiring. That's the thing about ctrl.alt connect: you're surrounded by brilliant, ambitious people, and the connections just happen. I've now done ski and sail, and I'll keep coming back again, and again!
Sailing was a complete first for me, so I was naturally quite nervous about what to expect. From day one I felt completely welcomed and part of a tight-knit community. I had the absolute time of my life, and I already can't wait for the next adventure.
As stunning as the locations were, the standout was the people. We were nervous about spending a week in close quarters with relative strangers, but we couldn't have been more wrong. Everyone, bar none, was friendly, interesting and a joy to be around. Honestly one of the best holidays we've been on.
